By accessing or using the OnsiteCalls website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
OnsiteCalls provides 24/7 AI phone answering services for home service businesses, including inbound call handling, spam and robo call filtering, emergency detection, SMS call summaries, and automated booking link delivery. Services are provided on a subscription basis as agreed upon between OnsiteCalls and the client.
Payment terms, pricing, and billing schedules will be outlined in a separate agreement provided to each client. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
All technology, software, scripts, workflows, and configurations developed by OnsiteCalls remain the intellectual property of OnsiteCalls unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain ownership of their own data and content.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to business information, call data, and technical configurations.
OnsiteCalls provides its services "as is" and makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, call volumes, or revenue generation. OnsiteCalls shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, OnsiteCalls will cease all services and the client will be responsible for any outstanding fees.
OnsiteCalls reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
